When are masses held?

Our weekend schedule of Masses are Saturdays 5 pm, Sundays 9 & 11 am, 1 pm (Spanish) & 6 pm. Weekday Masses are held at 12 Noon

What are the requirements for Baptism and how do I get a Baptismal Registration packet?
